We take care of every need - from design and consultation to installation of all types of building services equipment for a wide variety of clientele, and delivering efficient and high-quality projects and services.
We-Fix recently attended a luxury hotel in London to carry out reactive repairs to the heating and hot water systems.
Our team identified and replaced sections of leaking copper pipework on the domestic hot water system, along with pipework on the closed-system primary loop serving the pump set and plate heat exchanger.
The defective pipework was removed and renewed using press fittings, providing a safe, efficient and reliable repair while minimising disruption to the hotel’s day-to-day operations.
As part of the works, we also replaced a pre-issued like-for-like three-port valve and actuator. The new actuator was electrically connected, fully tested and commissioned before the system was reinstated and left fully operational.
The project was completed safely and efficiently, with a strong focus on quality, safety and good housekeeping throughout.

We-Fix recently assisted our client, a specialist mechanical contractor, with the decommissioning, drain-down and rip-out of an existing boiler and hot water system.
Our team carried out all necessary isolations before safely draining down and decommissioning the system. We then removed the old boiler, hot water heater, redundant pumps and associated pipework, with all redundant equipment and materials safely cleared from site.
As part of the project, we also carried out the lifting and shifting of the new air source heat pump and boiler into position, ready for the next phase of installation.
The works were completed safely and efficiently, with a strong focus on quality, safety and good housekeeping throughout.
